ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & AGREEMENT

By purchasing a ticket to this event, I hereby give permission for images of me, captured during SIP & PAINT: Pajama Party Edition by MTAM x CRWND Collective x Russian Roulette through video, photo and digital camera, to be used solely for the purposes of promotional material and publications, and waive any rights of compensation or ownership thereto.

More Than A Mannequin and/or CRWND Collective reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event sponsored by More Than A Mannequin and/or CRWND Collective, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. More Than A Mannequin and/or CRWND Collective may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by More Than A Mannequin and/or CRWND Collective including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc.

By purchasing a ticket and participating in a More Than A Mannequin and/or CRWND Collective event or by failing to notify More Than A Mannequin and/or CRWND Collective of your desire to not have your photograph used by More Than A Mannequin and/or CRWND Collective, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify More Than A Mannequin and/or CRWND Collective from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.

Any person or organization not affiliated with More Than A Mannequin and/or CRWND Collective may not use, copy, alter or modify More Than A Mannequin and/or CRWND Collective photographs, graphics, videography or other similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized designee from More Than A Mannequin and/or CRWND Collective.
